Historic SitesInstead of just being a large city, San Antonio also possesses historic sites, even in its business district. Though the Alamo is a major historic landmark in San Antonio, there is many other locations that deserve recognition. For example, near the Riverwalk, there is a historic, beautiful, open-aired theater, with the stage being surrounding by a moat. Also, as pictured to the left, there is San Fernando Cathedral, which was built in 1783, and now holds a laser light show close to an every other day schedule. Though there is many other historic landmarks in San Antonio, these are the most accessible, along with the most memorable.

Nature AspectsSan Antonio provides not just historic sites, but also nature sites and aspects as well. Due to how hot Texas can get in the summertime, this is definitely preferred, as it provides locations to cool off from the heat caused by sun on buildings or pavement. Such locations include the Riverwalk, tea/Zen/botanical gardens, Brackenridge Park, and the San Antonio Zoo.
